This course is designed to build clinical competencies of nurses working in critical care units. It aims to bolster their critical thinking and clinical judgment and to enable them to utilize evidence based care practice following the nursing process to positively impact clinical outcomes of adult critically ill patients.
Target audience
Registered nurses currently working in adult medical/surgical intensive care units in Pakistan with a potential to impact clinical education and nursing practice in the field of critical care.
